Our family recently completed a remodel with Town
Development, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the
results as well as the process. Chris Town's team had great
ideas and creative solutions for design challenges which were
overlooked by other architects and builders bidding our project.
The work was done with uncompromising quality, on-time, and
on-budget. The subs were all quality and pleasant to work
with. Whenever we needed anything, Chris' two responses were,
"I'll take care of it" and "I'll make that
happen for you"; and he did!....right away! Great follow-up,
great communication, and a beautiful result. We were very

My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the total
remodel of our
Edmonds home that CDT
HOMES
just completed for us. We were very
nervous going into the process, because our house had to be
taken down
to the 'studs' and be completely rebuilt. However, with Chris
as our
builder we were truly in the best of hands.
From
the very beginning, and throughout the process, Chris was
a positive and dedicated manager. He had his subs at the house
in a
timely fashion, who were all pleasant and did their jobs well.
He had
creative ideas for handling challenges and made decisions
we are very
pleased with. Chris went the 'extra mile' for us many times,
to be sure
that the results would be correct, quality workmanship and
that we
would be happy. Chris also was a wonderful communicator and
upfront
